In Budget 2019, the Finance Minister has declared an additional advantage on Home Loan. Presently, you will get more expensive finding on your home credit intrigue. In the Interim Budget presented on 1st February 2019, the Indian government has announced changes in the income tax rules for the financial year 2019-2020. These tax deduction rules are effective from April’19 onwards.

The Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, in her lady Budget discourse on Friday, declared an extra Income Tax finding of Rs 1.5 lakh on reasonable home credits.

According to the proposition, annual citizens will get expense refunds of around Rs 3.5 lakh on home credits of up to Rs 45 lakh obtained upto March 31, 2020.

As per the Central Finance Budget 2019-20, some section of the limit of deduction enhances by this Finance Budget 2019. (1) No changes in Income Tax Slab Rate as the same just previous Financial Year. ( 2) New Standard Deduction Limit has extended up to Rs. 50,000/- (3) The Limit of Section 87A Tax Rebate also hike from 2500/- to 5000 who's taxable income less than 5 Lakh.
