The CBDT has already modified the Income Tax Form 16 in a new format and also circulated that Form 16 have in Two Parts. One is Form 16 Part A which is mandatory to download from the Traces Portal. In this Form 16 part, A has all the tax deposited amount.

Form 16 and Form 12 BA are provided by the employer which was details about the employee's Salary and Value of Perquisite U/s 17(1) and 17(2) of Income Tax Rules, these are use while calculating Tax Liability and filling Income Tax Return where we look in to the details of Salary in Form 16 and the details of Value of Perquisite U/s 17(2) which provided by the employer to the employee which is shown in this Form 12 BA.

Section 80U and 80DDB provide tax benefits to individuals and their family members with disabilities. An individual suffering from disability himself gets tax benefit under section 80U while an individual gets tax benefits under section 80DDB if any dependent family member of the individual is suffering from a disability.

The deduction is available up to Rs. 30,000/- for senior citizens and up to Rs. 25,000/ in other cases for insurance of self, spouse, and dependent children. Additionally, a deduction for insurance of parents (father or mother or both) is available to the extent of Rs. 30,000/-, within the existing limit, a deduction of up to Rs. 5,000 for preventive health check-up is available.

As the Income Tax Slab has already changed by the Finance Budget for the Financial Year 2017-18. 
Tax Rate up to Rs. 2.5 Lakh is NIL

Below Taxable Income 5 Lakh the Tax Rate @ 5% instead the previous financial year 2016-17 was @ 10%. Who's Taxable Income above 5 lakh the rate of Tax @ 20% below 60 years age.

The Income Tax Rebate has also reduce from 5 thousand to Rs. 2.500/- who's Taxable Income below 3.5 Lakh they can get this Tax Rebate. Other Section like as 80C has no changed in this Financial Year 2017-18.
